Loss Prevention Multi-Unit Supervisor

SHOE CARNIVAL is a major, publicly held (“SCVL” – NASDAQ) retailer of name brand family shoes and accessories, with over 290 stores in 27 states – and GROWING! As we continue to grow, we have immediate openings for the best and brightest Loss Prevention Multi-unit Supervisors to join our outstanding team as true IMPACT PLAYERS.



We need highly motivated professionals with strong leadership and management skills, ready to commit to a true challenge.



Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prevents and detects internal theft through the monitoring of reports and

investigation of cases;

· Responsible for training and effective promotion of loss prevention methods and

practices;

· Reviews all customer / employee accidents and conducts reviews to ensure safety

within the store;

· Acquires security codes for approved management, ensures accuracy of ADT Call

List and completes Quarterly ADT Verification;

· Monitors opening and closing reports and notifies management of any violations;

· Prepares stores for physical inventories and takes appropriate action with results;

· Reviews completion of case reports for accuracy and timely submission;

· Ensure all new store loss prevention, set-up and orientation needs are fully met;

· Maintains store compliance with Company Policy and Procedures; and

· Responsible for recruiting, management, performance, development and coordination of Loss Prevention Specialists and Market Managers.

Requirements (knowledge, skills & abilities):

· High School diploma with five years experience in supervising multi-store loss prevention functions;

· Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice preferred



**Applicants must have prior experience with multi-unit management. Applicants without prior experience will not be considered.
