Technologies, Inc.) provides a wide variety of forums for professionals in the loss
prevention field. Our provision of this Service is subject to the
following terms and conditions and any rules, guidelines or policies
(collectively, "Terms of Service") that may be published from time
to time by Retail Spy and/or its subsidiaries, parent, affiliates,
domain owner, officers, directors, employees, agents, etc (collectively,
Retail Spy). We may update any or all of the Terms of Service from
time to time without notice. Please read them carefully. You understand
that the Services provided "AS-IS" and that Retail SPY assumes no
responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, breach
of confidentiality or divulgence of any group communication. By
registering for this service, you also agree to receive periodic
emails from Retail Spy regarding news and announcements.

subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or employees of
any site employing compulsory user registration mechanisms are
not authorized to access the content or services of this site.
Member Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content that you post on this
site. Retail Spy gives no warranty in regards to the identity of
users who access this site or reads information contained within
this site. When discussing cases, investigations and any and all
business dealings don't name names. You understand that all information,
data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video,
messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted
or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person
from whom such Content originated. This means that you, not Retail
Spy, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post,

Indemnification

the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and
control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you,
which shall not excuse your indemnity obligations.
